📍Venues Setup
To become visible on the app you must set up at least one Venue.
Venues are the physical locations where your business operates. You can have one or many locations tied to your main business. Even if you've just got one physical shop / location, you still need to create a Venue here.
Creating Your Venue(s)
You will be asked to fill in details like which business you want to link this Venue to and what is the address of the Venue.
Creating Your Venue(s) Branding
The branding you input during ⚙️ Business Setup is the default for all Venues - but you can override it by filling in the below.
This enables a business which has multiple Venues with different names or other variations to operate under the same business.
Eg. Vito's Pizza Central Station and Vito's Pizza Riverside (with different names, images and descriptions).
You will have the option to input unique branding for each Venue you create here.
If you leave this blank then your business branding will automatically be used for the venue.
Create Your Venue(s) Opening Times
You will have the option to create opening times for your Venue(s). Alternatively, you can leave this empty and opening times won't be shown to students using the app.
Adding Your Venue(s) Merchant ID
Your Venue(s) Merchant ID (MID) is needed for certain types of offers to work. This enables the Helpz app to work out when students spend at your Venue(s) and what offers to apply.
Don't worry about filling this in for now...
